No, wait... Why are we so intent on changing the world or leaving it? The world is a fantastic place to live. Isn't it remarkable that even the two planets next to us in the solar system is inhabitable and yet we find ourselves in this place where everything we could ever need is completely at our disposal? Why do we keep trying to fuck things up and try to destroy the things and people around us, including ourselves? There really is nothing wrong with the world, it's just humanity that's fucked up. It does not make sense at all. In economics we have a set of assumptions that need to be taken as fact, one and perhaps the most important assumption is that humans are rational beings. Pray tell now, Mr Professor man, what exactly about humans and our actions are the slightest bit rational?
